Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the efficacy and safety of combined acid peel combined with oral isotretinoin in the treatment of acne. Methods A total of 150 acne patients who received treatment in Zhengzhou Second People's Hospital from November 2024 to August 2025 were retrospectively selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group(75 cases)received oral isotretinoin treatment, while the observation group(75 cases)received combined acid peel combined with oral isotretinoin treatment.Clinical efficacy, number of acne lesions before and after treatment,Global Acne Grading System(GAGS)score,Numeric Rating Scale(NRS)score,Acne-Specific Quality of Life Scale(Qol-acne)score,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had fewer acne lesions than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had lower GAGS score and NRS score than the control group, and higher Qol-acne score than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Combined acid peel combined with oral isotretinoin in the treatment of acne can improve clinical efficacy, significantly reduce the number of acne lesions, alleviate patients'disease condition and pain degree, enhance quality of life, and has good safety.关键词
