摘要
Abstract
Objective This study explores the clinical efficacy of intense pulsed light therapy for melasma, investigates post-treatment recurrence rates, and analyzes influencing factors. Methods A total of 86 patients with melasma admitted to Anyang District Hospital in Puyang City from June 2024 to June 2025 were selected. All patients underwent intense pulsed light therapy.Medical records of all patients were collected, and the recurrence status after treatment was statistically analyzed. Results Among all patients,31 cases experienced recurrence, with a recurrence rate of 36.05%.The recurrence group showed statistically significant differences compared to the non-recurrence group in terms of age, family history,Wood's lamp classification, sun exposure frequency, psychological state, sleep duration, and sensitive skin(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that age, family history,Wood's lamp classification, sun exposure frequency, psychological state, sleep duration, and sensitive skin were independent risk factors for melasma recurrence after intense pulsed light treatment, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many factors that can lead to the recurrence of melasma after intense pulsed light therapy. In clinical practice, various risk factors should be identified early and targeted measures should be developed for intervention to minimize recurrence.关键词
