超脉冲CO2激光联合水胶体敷料治疗面部复发性色素痣的临床观察

Abstract
Objective Observing the efficacy of super-pulsed CO2 laser therapy combined with hydrocolloid dressing for treating recurrent facial pigmented nevi.Methods A total of 71 patients with facial recurrent pigmented nevi,who were treated at Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from January 2020 to December 2024,were enrolled.There were 214 recurrent pigmented nevi lesions in total.All patients underwent surface anesthesia with compound lidocaine ointment for 1 hour,followed by non-contact superpulsed CO2 laser irradiation(power:1～2 W).The removal range of the lesions was first determined,and the lesions were sequentially ablated layer by layer until the nevus tissue,scar tissue,hair follicles,and connective tissue were completely removed.The treatment endpoint was defined as the wound approaching skin color.Postoperatively,hydrocolloid dressings were applied to the wounds and regularly replaced until complete healing.Results The efficacy was evaluated in 214 lesions from 71 patients based on preoperative and postoperative imaging.Excellent:56(26.3%);Good:109(50.9%);Moderate:26(12.1%);Poor:23(10.7%).Conclusion The combination of ultra pulsed CO2 laser and hydrocolloid dressing for the treatment of recurrent facial pigmented nevi can achieve better cosmetic results by grasping the treatment endpoint to completely remove the lesion,avoid recurrence,and allow the wound to heal in a moist environment.关键词
