摘要

Abstract

Effective prevention and control of animal diseases are crucial for the sustainable development of the livestock industry and global public health security.In recent years,nucleic acid aptamer technology has attracted widespread attention in the field of animal disease diagnostics due to its high affinity and specificity for target molecules.Compared with traditional antibodies,nucleic acid aptamers offer advantages such as high chemical stability,low production cost,strong designability,and low immunogenicity,which have promoted their extensive application in animal disease detection.This paper provides a detailed overview of the definition,classification,and characteristics of nucleic acid aptamers,along with the selection process of systematic evolution of ligands by exponential enrichment(SELEX)technology.Furthermore,the current applications of nucleic acid aptamers in the detection of viral animal diseases are summarized.The challenges and future development directions of aptamer-based technologies are also discussed,aiming to provide a reference for research in animal disease prevention and control.
