腹膜透析患者转运类型的中医证型及影响因素
Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types of Penritoneal Dialysis Patients and Influencing Factors

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influence factors of different transport modes in patients with incomplete peritoneal dialysis(PD)and their relationship with TCM syndrome types.Methods:94 patients with insufficient peritoneal dialysis were selected and divided into low mean transport group,high mean transport group and high transport group according to transport function.The differences of demographic factors,laboratory indexes and TCM syndrome types were analyzed.Results:1.In terms of albumin(ALB),the median distribution among the three groups had statistical difference,the ALB level in the high transport group was the lowest,and the ALB level in the low mean transport group was the highest;ALB was converted into a grade variable,and the results suggested that high transport was dominant in patients with low ALB and high mean transport was dominant in patients with ALB.2.There were statistical differences in the distribution of TCM syndrome with different transport functions(P<0.05).The low average transport group was mainly dominated by spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome,the high average transport group was mainly dominated by spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and the high transport group was mainly dominated by Qi-yin deficiency syndrome.Conclusion:Patients with high transport should pay attention to the monitoring of albumin level.There are obvious differences in TCM syndrome types of different transport modes,which may be related to the function of different transport modes.关键词
