摘要

Abstract

In the context of digital transformation,medical education is undergoing a profound change from traditional teaching modes to learner-centered approaches.The active learning status of medical students has been substantially enhanced and plays a crucial role in the process of digital trans-formation.This study is grounded in the perspective of medical students,systematically examining their proactive practices during the digital transformation of education.Firstly,it explores the genera-tive logic of student agency within educational digital transformation,the generative essence of medi-cal students'participation in digital learning,and the shaping of educational concepts that ensure the cultivation of digital literacy among medical students during this transformation.Secondly,it con-structs four modes of information engagement in medical students'digital learning,including algorithm-recommended information,socially disseminated information,search engine information,and automated generated information,while analyzing the advantages and potential cognitive risks as-sociated with these four modes of information engagement.Finally,from the dimensions of value ori-entation,information filtering,and risk prevention,the study systematically analyzes the paths of ac-tive practice in medical students'digital learning,providing actionable innovative development path-ways for the digital transformation of medical education.
