三七痛消丸重复给药毒性研究
Study on Toxicity of Repeated Administration of Sanqi Tongxiao Pills(三七痛消丸)

Abstract
Objective:Observe the toxic reactions of repeated administration of Sanqi Tongxiao Pill,in order to provide reference for related research or clinical medication safety dosage.Methods:80 SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group,high-dose Sanqi Tongxiao Pill group(8.0 g/kg),medium dose Sanqi Tongxiao Pill group(4.0 g/kg),and low-dose Sanqi Tongxiao Pill group(2.0 g/kg),with 20 rats in each group,half male and half female.Administer medication by gavage once a day for 4 consecutive weeks,with a 14 day recovery period after discontinuation of medication.Evaluate the toxic effects of drug withdrawal on rats at 24 hours and 14 days using body weight,blood biochemistry,blood routine,organ coefficient,and histopathological examination as indicators.Results:No toxicity reactions related to administration were observed in the high,medium,and low dose groups of Sanqi Tongxiao Wan.The appearance,weight,food intake,hematological indicators,blood biochemical indicators,organ coefficients,and histopathological examination of rats showed no significant changes compared to the blank control group.Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,no significant toxic reactions were observed within the intended clinical dosage range of the tested drug Sanqi Tongxiao Wan in this batch.关键词
