Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of individualized nursing intervention after nasal trauma suturing surgery. Methods A total of 98 patients with nasal trauma admitted to Zhoukou Central Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were selected and treated with suturing surgery. They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods. The control group(49 cases)received routine postoperative care, while the observation group(49 cases)received personalized nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had significantly lower nasal aesthetics, olfactory function, and ventilation scores, with statistical significance(P<0.05);The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions, and the scar scores were lower, with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing interventions can promote the restoration of aesthetic, ventilation, and olfactory function in patients after nasal trauma suturing surgery, improve their quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and minimize scar formation.关键词
