不同频率全身振动训练联合肌内效贴改善脑卒中后步行及平衡功能的研究
Effects of whole-body vibration training at different frequencies combined with kinesio taping on gait and balance function in post-stroke patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of whole-body vibration training(WBVT)at different frequencies combined with Kinesio Taping(KT)on walking function,balance ability,and mobility in post-stroke patients.Methods Patients were divided into low-frequency(10～20Hz),medium-frequency(21～30Hz),and high-frequency(31～40Hz)groups.All groups received con-ventional rehabilitation therapy,supplemented with WBVT combined with KT at their assigned frequency.The intervention was ad-ministered once daily,5 times per week,for 8 weeks.Outcomes were assessed before and after the intervention using the 10-meter walk test(10MWT),Berg Balance Scale(BBS),and Timed Up and Go Test(TUGT).Results After the intervention,walking speed in the 10MWT significantly increased in all three groups(P<0.001).The medium-and high-frequency groups showed signif-icantly greater improvement than the low-frequency group,and the high-frequency group was superior to the medium-frequency group(P<0.05).For BBS scores,the improvement in the high-frequency group was significantly greater than that in both the medium-and low-frequency groups(P<0.05).The TUGT completion time decreased most significantly in the high-frequency group,which out-performed the other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion High-frequency WBVT combined with KT yields optimal effects in impro-ving walking speed,balance,and mobility in post-stroke patients,and can be recommended as the preferred parameter combination in rehabilitation programs.关键词
