基于Citespace的高压氧治疗应用于脑卒中康复的可视化分析
Research hotspots and trends of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in stroke rehabilitation:a visual analysis based on Citespace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the literature on hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT)in stroke rehabilitation over the past decade, identifying research hotspots and predicting developmental trends. Methods Relevant Chinese and English publications from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)were retrieved for the period January 2015 to May 2025.Citespace 6.4 was used for visualization and bibliometric analysis. Results A total of 536 Chinese and 268 English publica-tions were included.Annual publications showed fluctuations but remained relatively stable overall.China led in publication volume, though international collaboration was limited. The United States ranked high in both output and centrality, indicating its influential role.Institutionally,Shanghai Zhongzhi Hospital and Tel Aviv University were the most productive in China and internationally,re-spectively.A prominent research team from Tel Aviv University(Hadanny A,Efrati S,Tal S)contributed significantly, while Chinese researchers showed more fragmented collaboration.Keyword analysis revealed five key research focuses:neural repair mechanisms, functional outcome evaluation, comorbidity management, combination therapy, and risk control, which are expected to remain central in the future. Conclusion Research on HBOT in stroke rehabilitation continues to grow.Future studies should emphasize integrating HBOT with advanced techniques such as transcranial magnetic stimulation and artificial intelligence, potentially enhancing rehabilita-tion outcomes through multimodal strategies.关键词
