老年糖尿病患者衰弱风险预测模型的系统评价
Systematic review of frailty risk prediction models in elderly patients with diabetes
摘要
Abstract
Objective To systematically review risk prediction models for frailty in elderly patients with diabetes and explore their implications for clinical nursing practice.Methods Relevant studies were retrieved from Chinese and English databases,inclu-ding CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,Embase,and CINAHL,from database inception to September 15,2025.Two researchers independently screened the literature.The risk of bias in the included prediction models was as-sessed using the PROBAST(Prediction model Risk Of Bias Assessment Tool).Results A total of 11 studies were included.All studies were rated as having a high risk of bias,primarily in the analysis domain.The applicability of the included models was gener-ally acceptable.Conclusion Current risk prediction models for frailty in elderly diabetic patients remain at a developmental stage.Future efforts should focus on further optimization and external validation of existing models.关键词
