Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of the Multidisciplinary Team(MDT)intervention model on postop-erative wound healing,length of hospital stay,blood glucose control,and inpatient management indicators in patients with diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs).Methods Relevant literature was searched according to predefined criteria across multiple databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CNKI,and Wanfang Data.An initial search yielded 1005 articles.After screening and assess-ment,14 studies comprising 2377 DFU patients were included in the final analysis.Meta-analysis was performed to evaluate the out-come indicators.Results Compared with routine care,the MDT model significantly improved the ulcer healing rate,shortened the length of hospital stay,and enhanced blood glucose control(including fasting blood glucose,postprandial blood glucose,and glycated hemoglobin A1c).It also led to a lower incidence of complications,higher nursing satisfaction,and a reduced readmission rate.The risk of bias was predominantly low across the included studies.Conclusion The multidisciplinary care intervention can effectively promote postoperative recovery and optimize inpatient management for patients with diabetic foot ulcers,demonstrating its clinical val-ue for widespread adoption.关键词
