中国县域农业全要素生产率的增长测算动力解构与区域异质性分析

Abstract
Based on a balanced panel dataset of 409 Chinese counties from 2013 to 2020,this study employs the sequential DEA-Malmquist index model to systematically measure the growth characteristics of agricultural total factor productivity(TFP)and decompose it into frontier technological progress,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency,revealing regional heterogeneity and its driving mechanisms.The findings indicate that during the sample period,county-level agricultural TFP grew at an average annual rate of 1.1%,significantly below the national average,exhibiting a"efficiency-driven,technology-lagging"extensive growth pattern.Pure technical efficiency,with an average annual growth of 1.1%,was the primary driver,while scale efficiency partially offset the negative impact of frontier technological progress.At the regional level,the eastern region achieved coordinated growth in technology,efficiency,and scale(average annual rate of 0.95%);the central region experienced volatile TFP,constrained by a significant decline in frontier technological progress;the western region maintained steady growth through technological advancement;and the northeastern region displayed abnormal fluctuations due to resource constraints and technical adaptation issues.The study reveals that frontier technological progress serves as the"core anchor"for agricultural TFP growth at the county level,but the driving patterns vary regionally.This research provides micro-level empirical support for formulating differentiated agricultural quality-improvement and efficiency-enhancement policies and fostering new agricultural productivity.关键词
