"耕读文化"融入高等农林教育人才培养的路径探索

Abstract
This paper takes students majoring in agriculture-related fields at Leshan Vocational and Technical College as the research object,guided by the organic integration of farming-reading culture into the cultivation of talents in higher agricultural and forestry majors.Focusing on problems such as superficial understanding of connotative value,scattered curriculum content,simplistic integration methods,and insufficient cultural atmosphere,it deeply explores the educational elements and contemporary connotations of fine traditional culture in farming-reading education.Through identifying educational goal positioning,optimizing top-level design,enhancing teachers'teaching capabilities,innovating teaching methods,building innovative educational carriers,enriching integration channels,improving educational effect evaluation,scientific organization and management,strengthening campus cultural construction,and creating a strong atmosphere,this paper explores an effective path for the organic integration of farming-reading culture into higher agricultural and forestry education.The aim is to realize the collaborative education of fine traditional culture entering campus classrooms,fully implement the fundamental task of"cultivating virtue through education",and enhance the quality of higher agricultural and forestry education under the construction of new agricultural sciences.关键词
