药学门诊内涵延展、价值收费机制构建及人工智能赋能研究
Research on the Connotation Extension,Construction of Value-Based Reimbursement Mechanism,and Artificial Intelligence Empowerment of Pharmaceutical Care Clinics

Abstract
Objective To provide a reference for the formulation of high-quality,equitable,and sustainable development strategies of pharmaceutical care clinics.Methods Relevant domestic and international literatures,policy documents,and expert consensuses were systematically sorted out to reviewed analyze,the extension and evolution of pharmaceutical care clinic services in China,the construction pathways of their value-based reimbursement mechanisms,and the empowering role of artificial intelligence(AI)technology.Results The connotation of pharmaceutical care clinic services was extending towards precision medication therapy,full-cycle health management,and digital service innovation.A preliminary framework for value-based reimbursement mechanism has been established,but it still challenges including incomplete service coverage,insufficient value recognition,and lagging medical insurance payments.AI technology showed potential in improving service efficiency and quality,yet it was also accompanied by ethical and practical issues such as data sharing barriers,algorithmic fairness,and the definition of human-machine responsibility.Conclusion In the future,development should focus on perfecting tiered dynamic pricing and medical insurance payment policies,formulating standards and ethical guidelines for AI technology application,and strengthening the cultivation of ″pharmacy+″interdisciplinary talents to promote the high-quality development of pharmaceutical care clinics within centered on patients and oriented by value.关键词
