摘要
Abstract
As an advanced form of productive forces led by innovation and breaking through traditional growth paths,new quality pro‐ductive forces stand as the core driver guiding the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation and hold pro‐found strategic significance for advancing Chinese modernization and reshaping the global competitive landscape.Based on the system‐atic integration of Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization and Xi Jinping Thought on Economy,this study elaborates in depth on the theoretical logic,contemporary implications,and practical pathways of the crucial proposition that"new quality productive forces themselves are green productive forces."The study argues that new quality productive forces take revolutionary technological break‐throughs,innovative factor allocation,and in-depth industrial transformation as their formation mechanisms,with the improvement of to‐tal factor productivity as their core hallmark.They have not only achieved a contemporary innovation of the Marxist theory on produc‐tive forces but have also become the fundamental driving force propelling the transition of ecological civilization construction from con‐ceptual formulation to systematic practice.From the perspective that ecological civilization represents a new form of civilization follow‐ing primitive civilization,agricultural civilization,and industrial civilization,new quality productive forces have increasingly demon‐strated their strategic role in advancing the profound transformation of the productive force paradigm of ecological civilization and have functioned as a core engine.In the process of thoroughly studying and implementing the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and centering on the realization of various strategic goals of Chinese modernization during the 15th Five-Year Plan period,it is necessary to promote a community with a shared future for humanity through a community with a shared future for planet Earth.It is crucial to recognize clearly that the concept of new quality productive forces and the scientific proposition that"new quality productive forces themselves are green productive forces"are paving the way,laying a solid foundation,and creating new prospects for advancing high-quality development,building a Beautiful China,realizing modernization featuring har‐mony between humanity and nature,and building a clean and beautiful world.New quality productive forces have gradually evolved in‐to the characteristic form of productive forces of an"ecological civilization society."关键词
