PDSA优化管理对出血性脑卒中急救时间及神经功能的影响
The Impact of PDSA Optimized Management on Emergency Response Time and Neurological Function in Hemorrhagic Stroke

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of the PDSA theory-based optimized management model in the emergency treatment of patients with hemorrhagic stroke.Methods Sixty patients with hemorrhagic stroke treated in our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)using a random number table.The control group received the hospital's conventional man-agement model,while the observation group received the PDSA optimized management model.The rescue effects(preop-erative preparation time,CT completion time,emergency response time)were compared between the two groups.Changes in self-care ability[Barthel Index(BI)]and neurological function[National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)]were compared between the two groups before intervention and after 2 months of intervention.Meanwhile,changes in manage-ment satisfaction were recorded for both groups.Results The preoperative preparation time,CT completion time,emer-gency response time,and intravenous thrombolysis time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After management,the BI score and satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the NIHSS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDSA theo-ry-based optimized management model can effectively shorten the emergency response time for patients with hemorrhagic stroke and improve the quality of clinical care.关键词
