Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the adjustment and improvement of the evaluation standard clause of pharmaceutical administration for tertiary hospitals on the continuous improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical administration.Methods The relevant evaluation clause of the content of pharmaceutical administration in Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Evaluation Standard for Tertiary Hospitals in Gansu Province(2018 version)and Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Evaluation Standard for Tertiary Hospitals in Gansu Province(2022 version)were compared,which were referenced to carry out self-examination and self-assessment year by year.Targeted rectification measures were continuously formulated according to the problems found,and received the review of the evaluation of tertiary grade A hospitals in 2024.The improvement of the professional medical quality control indicators of the pharmaceutical administration of ″monitoring compliance″(1 item)and ″gradually improve″(6 items)in the data statistics cycle(2020-2023),as well as the status of on-site evaluation and inspection by experts were observed.Results There were certain changes in the description of evaluation content,the number of detailed rules,quality evaluation indicators and evaluation methods of the relevant detailed rules of evaluation clause between the two versions.Six problems such as low quality of data verification were found through self-examination and self-evaluation.Targeted improvement were continuously carried out from six aspects,such as paying attention to the introduction and cultivation of talents,strengthening the construction of pharmacy discipline,etc.From 2020 to 2023,the above-mentioned seven medical quality control indicators of pharmaceutical administration specialty continued to improve,but the highest proportion of pharmaceutical professionals and technicians was 6.03%,and had not yet met the standard(8%);during the on-site evaluation by the evaluation experts,all the indicators of pharmaceutical administration data were selected for review without deduction.Only 0.75 points were deducted from the 15 detailed clauses of on-site inspection;the hospital successfully passed the review evaluation of grade Ⅲ grade A hospitals.Conclusion The adjustment and improvement of the evaluation standard clause of pharmaceutical administration highlights the strengthening of daily supervision by means of informatization,and pays attention to the transformation of quality connotation and pharmaceutical care mode.The evaluation can promote the continuous improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical administration,and also enable pharmaceutical care truly reflect the core psychological concept of ″patient-centered″,which is closer to clinical diagnosis and treatment and patients'needs.关键词
