摘要

Abstract

Under the rapid development trend of the wine industry,the resource treatment of grape peel residue needs to be solved urgently.In order to investigate the anaerobic digestion gas production performance of grape peel residue at high temperature,the experiment was carried out at 55 ℃±2 ℃ with grape peel residue as the main raw material and sequen-cing batch digestion device.The results show that:Pure grape skins and the addition of cow manure and pig manure all have high biogas production,The biogas production from high to low was grape skin residue+cow manure(1∶1)3142.5±236.88 mL,grape skin residue+pig manure(1∶1)2980±91.92 mL,grape skin residue+cow manure(2∶1)2748±66.47 mL,grape skin residue+pig manure(2∶1)2772.5±45.96 mL,grape skin Slag 1962.5±19.45 mL.After fer-mentation,the gas yield per unit organic matter of grape skin residue+cow manure(1∶1)was the best,indicating that the higher the degradation rate of VS,the greater the biogas yield.The fermentation period of all groups was relatively short,and the degradation of pure grape peel residue was the best.It is relatively difficult to degrade after adding feces.Moreover,the fermentation period of grape skin residue after adding feces was shortened,indicating that adding animal fe-ces could improve the gas production efficiency of grape skin residue to a certain extent.The research results can provide important reference for the energy treatment of grape peel residue.
