沙丁胺醇联合孟鲁司特钠在支气管肺炎并哮喘急性发作患儿中的应用分析
Analysis of the Application of Salbutamol Combined with Montelukast Sodium in Children with Bronchopneumonia Complicated by Acute Asthma Attack

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of salbutamol combined with montelukast sodium in chil-dren with bronchopneumonia complicated by acute asthma attack.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 150 children with bronchopneumonia complicated by acute asthma attack admitted to Rugao Bo'ai Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.According to the treatment regimen,they were divided into an observation group(salbutamol combined with montelukast sodium,n=75)and a control group(salbutamol alone,n=75).The time to clinical symptom improvement,pulmonary function,inflammation and immune indicators,and adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Results The time to fever resolution,cough resolution,wheezing resolution,and pulmo-nary rale resolution in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC,IL-6,TNF-α,and IgE between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,pulmonary function,inflammation and immune indicators were significantly im-proved in both groups.The levels of FEV1,FVC,and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IgE were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(6.67%vs.13.33%,P>0.05).Conclu-sion For children with bronchopneumonia compli-cated by acute asthma attack,the treatment regimen of salbutamol combined with montelukast sodium can rapidly alleviate the patient's condition,reduce inflammatory response,improve lung function,and exhibits a favorable safety profile.关键词
