Abstract
To meet the demand of flue gas desulfurization in copper smelting,the application of ionic liquid desulfurization process in acid-making flue gas and ring-collected flue gas was studied.Problems such as large fluctuation of SO2 concentration and insufficient regeneration efficiency during operation were analyzed.By optimizing the pre-absorption system,increasing steam sources and heat recovery,the stable operation of two desulfurization systems was realized.The results indicate that the system's emission indicators are stable and meet the special emission limit requirements of national standard,providing a reference for similar enterprises.关键词
