Abstract
In response to the large discharge volume,high treatment difficulty,and resource wastage associated with oily wastewater from the petrochemical industry,a process for high-temperature pyrolysis and comprehensive utilization of oil residues was designed and applied.Under high-temperature conditions,the process achieves oil-water separation and deep degradation of organic pollutants through thermochemical decomposition,while simultaneously recovering oil-phase resources.Engineering practice shows that at a pyrolysis temperature of 440℃and a residence time of 3 h,the oil-phase recovery rate is 87.8%.The oil residues generated during pyrolysis are separated,purified,and chemically activated to produce high-performance adsorbent materials with a specific surface area of 1 365 m2/g,demonstrating good pollutant removal performance.The high-temperature pyrolysis and comprehensive utilization process enables the harmless treatment and resource recovery of oily wastewater,providing an effective technical pathway for the treatment and resource utilization of oily wastewater in petrochemical enterprises.关键词
