硬性输尿管镜联合软性输尿管镜治疗输尿管中上段结石合并同侧肾结石的临床疗效对比
Comparison of Clinical Efficacy of Rigid Ureteroscope Combined with Flexible Ureteroscope in the Treatment of Upper and Middle Ureteral Stones with Ipsilateral Kidney Stones

Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of rigid and flexible ureteroscopy on patients with upper and middle ureteral calculi complicated with ipsilateral kidney calculi.Method:In this retrospective study,112 patients were selected and admitted to the Shenzhen Bao’an Shiyan People's Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024.All of them were diagnosed with upper and middle ureteral calculi with ipsilateral kidney calculi,and were treated by surgery.According to the surgical methods,they were divided into two groups,the control group(56 cases)was treated with transurethral ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy,and the observation group(56 cases)was treated with transurethral ureteroscopy combined with rigid ureteroscopy.The surgical indicators,postoperative complication rate,stone clearance rate,recurrence rate of stones,and rate of secondary stone surgery were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time between the two groups was compared,and there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared,and the observation group was better than the control group.The stone clearance rate of the two groups was compared,and the observation group was better than the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence of stones in the two groups were compared with the rate of secondary lithotripsy,and the observation group was better than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences.The statistics showed that it was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rigid ureteroscope combined with flexible ureteroscope can effectively treat upper and middle ureteral calculi with ipsilateral kidney calculi,with less blood loss,shorter hospitalization time,fewer postoperative complications,higher stone clearance rate,lower recurrence rate of stones and lower rate of secondary lithotripsy,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
