TAPP术中残端疝囊处理方式对腹股沟斜疝患者围术期指标及并发症的影响
The Effect of Intraoperative Management of Residual Hernia Sac on Perioperative Outcomes and Complications in Patients with Inguinal Oblique Hernia Undergoing TAPP

Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of different treatment methods of residual hernia sac on patients with indirect inguinal hernia in transabdominal preperitoneal hernia repair(TAPP).Method:92 patients with indirect inguinal hernia admitted to Guilin Women’s and Children’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were randomly divided into improvement group(46 cases)and control group(46 cases)by envelope method.The control group underwent hernial sac dissection,while the improvement group received modified stump hernial sac management.The perioperative indicators,postoperative pain,malondialdehyde(MDA)levels,superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels,total antioxidant capacity(TAC)levels,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The ambulation time and hospitalization time in the improvement group were shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative VAS score and MDA level were lower than those in the control group,while the SOD and TAC levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The modified stump hernial sac management technique used in TAPP surgery for inguinal oblique hernia patients effectively shortens time to ambulation and hospital stay,reduces postoperative pain,and improves postoperative oxidative stress indicators,demonstrating safety and feasibility.关键词
