腹腔镜直肠前切除预防性回肠单腔造口与双腔造口的临床应用研究
Clinical Application Study of Laparoscopic Anterior Rectal Resection for the Prevention of Single-Lumen Stoma and Double-Lumen Stoma

Abstract
Objective:To observe and compare the clinical effect of prophylactic ileostomy with single-lumen stoma and double-lumen stoma in laparoscopic anterior rectal resection.Method:90 patients who underwent laparoscopic anterior resection of the rectum at the Sanming First Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Prophylactic ileum single-lumen stoma was used in the observation group and double-lumen ileum stoma was used in the control group.The differences between the two stoma methods in terms of operation time,blood loss,total incidence of postoperative complications,length of hospital stay,and total hospital cost were compared.Result:The operation time and blood loss during the operation of the observation group were compared to those of the control group,with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications,length of stay and total hospitalization cost of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic anterior rectal resection prophylactic single-lumen stoma is safer and more reasonable than double-lumen stoma.关键词
