Abstract

Under the background of resource constraints,optimizing the synergy between intensive land use and high-quality eco-nomic development has become key to resolving urban spatial contradictions.Taking Kunming City as a case study,this paper construc-ted an indicator system for intensive land use and high-quality economic development based on data from 2008 to 2022,and analyzed their interaction using a coupling coordination degree model and an obstacle degree model.The findings revealed that:① The levels of intensive land use and high-quality economic development in Kunming had generally increased,though fluctuations occurred due to the global financial crisis and industrial transformation.② The coupling coordination degree improved from low-level coupling(0.252 7)to primary coordination(0.613 0),indicating enhanced synergy.③ The relative development degree transitioned from lagging intensive land use(0.140 0)to synchronous development(0.897 8).④ Major obstacles included inefficient resource allocation,lagging techno-logical transformation,ecological governance pressures,and urban-rural disparities.
