Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of the combination of dienogest and laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis patients.Method:Sixty patients with endometriosis diagnosed and treated in the Xiamen Chang Gung Hospital between February 2022 and February 2023 were included as the subjects.The groups were designed according to the envelope method and named based on different treatment plans.The control group(n=30)was treated with leuprorelin acetate microspheres after laparoscopic surgery,while the observation group(n=30)was treated with dienogest after laparoscopic surgery.The effects of the two treatment regimens,the recovery of endometriosis symptoms,oxidative stress indicators,endometrial receptivity indicators were compared,and the differences in pregnancy conditions within one year were analyzed.Result:Both groups showed significantly shortened ovulation and menstrual recovery times(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Postoperative endometrial volume,endometrial thickness,and uterine artery resistance were all significantly reduced in the observation group(P＜0.05).After one year of follow-up,the natural pregnancy rate and recurrence rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Infertility patients with endometriosis who undergo laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery can improve their symptoms,oxidative stress status,and endometrial receptivity for a longer period of time with the addition of dienogest medication after surgery.This provides a good foundation for smooth pregnancy and can better control the risk of disease recurrence.关键词
