血清miR-335-5p和miR-324-5p表达水平对肝癌患者预后的临床价值
Clinical value of serum miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p expression in prognosis of liver cancer patients

Abstract
Objective:To detect the changes in levels of serum microRNA(miRNA)-335-5p and miR-324-5p in patients with liver cancer,and further analyze the clinical efficacy of miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p in prognosis of liver cancer patients.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2021,106 liver cancer patients admitted to our hospital were included as the diseased group.They were assigned into a good prognosis group(n=75)and a poor prognosis group(n=31)according to their prognosis.Meanwhile,106 healthy volunteers who underwent physical check ups were included as the control group.qRT-PCR instrument was used to detect the relative expression levels of miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p in serum.General clinical data were collected and analyzed.Logistic regression was applied to analyze the factors influencing the prognosis of liver cancer patients.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted to analyze the clinical value of miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p in predicting the prognosis of liver cancer patients.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of serum miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p in the diseased group were obviously lower(P＜0.05).Compared with the good prognosis group,the levels of serum miR-335-5 and miR-324-5p were obviously lower in the poor prognosis group(P＜0.05).The differences in tumor diameter,TNM staging,differentiation degree,and extrahepatic metastasis between the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group were statistically obvious(P＜0.05).Extrahepatic metastasis was a risk factor affecting the prognosis of liver cancer patients(P＜0.05),while miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p were protective factors for the prognosis of liver cancer patients(P＜0.05).The AUC of miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p alone and in combination in predicting patient prognosis was 0.857,0.851,and 0.934,respectively.The combined prediction was obviously better than miR-335-5p(Z=2.154,P=0.031)and miR-324-5p(Z=2.134,P=0.033)alone.Conclusion:The levels of serum miR-335-5p and miR-324-5p are reduced in patients with liver cancer,they are protective factors for poor prognosis and have certain auxiliary predictive value for prognosis.关键词
