摘要

Abstract

A new type of liquid storage type gas-liquid separator is proposed in this paper.The performance changes of the system after adding the liquid storage gas-liquid separator are calculated based on a heat pump system with a rated cooling capacity of 13 kW and a heating capacity of 15 kW under cooling and heating conditions respectively.R134a,R22 and R410A systems are used for comparison.The results show that under the cooling condition of 35℃,when the heat exchange capacity in the liquid storage gas-liquid separator is 1 820 W,the system performance improvement effect is the best,with liquid subcooling degree reaching up to 6.4℃.The cooling capacity is increased by 14.08%,and the air conditioning coefficient of performance is improved by 8.25%.The system performance improvement of R32 is the largest,while that of R22 is the worst.The liquid entrainment in the compressor suction significantly affects the improvement effect of the liquid receiver on the system performance.
