从"形式结合"到"实质融合":行业组织何以深化职业教育产教融合
From"Formal Combination"to"Substantial Integration":How Industry Organizations Deepen the Integration of Industry and Education in Vocational Education

Abstract
As a key link connecting industry and education,industry organizations are an important force to promote the integration of industry and education in vocational education from"formal combination"to"substantial integration".However,at present,industry organizations still face structural obstacles such as superficial participation,fragmented resource integration and lack of a standard system in the participation process,which results in their functions not being fully exerted in the integration of industry and education.Based on the core functions of industry organizations and the value demands of the integration of industry and education in vocational education,it is necessary to construct a two-way driven integration mechanism between the industrial demand side and the educational supply side,and fully stimulate the bridge role of industry organizations in demand connection,resource integration and institutional adjustment.Focusing on the three core paths of co-construction of standards,resource integration and governance coordination,this paper systematically constructs a practical framework for industry organizations to deeply participate in vocational education,promoting their transformation from"intermediaries"to"leaders",thus providing institutional guarantee and path support for building a sound ecological system for the integration of industry and education.关键词
