摘要

Abstract

The MADS-box gene family plays a crucial role in the development of floral organs in plants.To systematically explore the core functions and regulatory mechanisms of the MADS-box gene family in the floral organ development of Lilium brownii var.viridulum,the members of the MADS-box gene family within the entire genome of Lilium brownii var.viridulum were identified using bioinformatics methods,analyzed their phylogenetic relationships,physicochemical properties,conserved motifs,cis-regulatory ele-ments,chromosomal localization,and expression patterns,and studied the expression patterns of 13 MIKCC-type MADS-box genes in each of the floral organs of Lilium brownii var.viridulum.The results showed that a total of 64 family members were identified,with the encoded proteins ranging in amino acid number from 152 to 423,molecular weight from 171 57.09 to 46 486.46 Da,isoelectric point from 5.00 to 10.74,and hy-drophobicity ranging from-1.041 to-0.065.The analysis of cis-regulatory elements indicated that these genes were regulated by various hormones and participated in defense responses and cold stress responses.Chromosomal localization revealed that the 4th chromosome had the densest distribution.Except for Ld-MADS1 and LdMADS28,the MADS-box of other genes was highly expressed in stamens,while LdMADS1 was mainly expressed in the perianth of the first whorl,and LdMADS28 was mainly expressed in the pistil.
