县域产业学院赋能城乡融合发展的实践困境与改革路径
Practical Dilemmas and Reform Paths of County Industrial Colleges Empowering the Integrated Development of Urban and Rural Areas

Abstract
As an emerging school-running entity rooted in county societies,oriented to county industries and radiating and driving rural revitalization,county industrial colleges empower the integrated development of urban and rural areas by promoting the integration of urban and rural industries,driving the integration of urban and rural talents,boosting the integration of urban and rural education,and facilitating the integration of urban and rural cultures.For the integrated development of urban and rural areas,county industrial colleges should effectively exert their functions such as promoting the coordinated development of urban and rural industries,increasing the supply of local industrial talents,facilitating the two-way flow of industrial factors,and deepening the integration of industry,education and research at the county level.However,the current development of county industrial colleges is faced with prominent problems,including unbalanced resource allocation that fails to meet school-running needs,poor coordination mechanisms that cannot support orderly operation,insufficient local characteristics that hinder functional focus,and biased evaluation orientation that is unable to guide sustainable progress.Looking forward,county industrial colleges need to integrate local resources to consolidate the foundation of school running,innovate coordination mechanisms to gather development synergy,strengthen the integration of local elements to highlight school-running characteristics,and continuously optimize the evaluation system to focus on core functions,thus empowering the in-depth and sustainable development of urban-rural integration.关键词
