资源约束下县域产业学院人才培养的现实困境与突破路径
Practical Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Talent Cultivation in County Industrial Colleges Under Resource Constraints

Abstract
Resources are an important factor affecting the quality of talent cultivation in county industrial colleges.The talent cultivation of county industrial colleges requires the supply of diverse resources such as institutional,human,financial,material,information and social resources.However,the current talent cultivation in county industrial colleges is faced with resource constraint dilemmas,mainly reflected in the"soft absence"of governance mechanisms and policy implementation,the"double disconnect"of the quantity and quality of teaching staff,the"double squeeze"of insufficient investment and unbalanced distribution,the"basic short board"of outdated teaching facilities and lagging construction,the"two-way failure"of demand perception and feedback mechanisms,and the"shortage of external resources"of social recognition and ecological support.To solve the resource constraint dilemmas,county industrial colleges need to strengthen the internal governance mechanism,reconstruct the talent introduction and training system,optimize the financial guarantee mechanism,upgrade the practical teaching conditions,deepen the industry-education coordination mechanism,and improve the social participation ecology,so as to provide strong resource support for improving the quality of talent cultivation.关键词
