Connotation,Value,and Realization of the Adaptability of Ideological and Political Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Building a Skill-Based Society

Abstract
In the era of building a skill-based society,the adaptive reform of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges is not only an inevitable choice for the development of education itself,but also bears the era mission of multiple value dimensions.It can improve the ideological and political literacy and comprehensive quality of technical and skilled talents,serve the talent supply and development needs of building a skill-based society,and enrich the practical connotation and innovative paths of ideological and political education in the new era.Faced with the practical requirements of building a skill-based society,for the adaptive reform of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges to achieve tangible results,it is necessary to establish the educational concept of"achieving success through skills and serving the country with skills",construct an ideological and political education content system connected with the needs of a skill-based society,explore a collaborative education model adapted to the growth of skilled talents,and improve the guarantee and evaluation mechanism of the comprehensive ideological and political education that"attaches equal importance to morality and skills".关键词
