Abstract
A cluster control strategy is designed to address the problem of frequent start-ups and shutdowns of glycol units as a low-temperature cold source in an artificial environment laboratory,which caused large fluctuations in water temperature and subsequently large fluctuations in ambient room temperature.The system's loading strategies are employed to stabilize the rate of change in chilled water temperature.The compressor start-up is controlled through an addition strategy to prevent unit protection issues caused by blindly adding units.The compressor shutdown strategy avoids a sudden decrease in cooling capacity due to unexpected compressor shutdowns.The rotation strategy ensured equal operating time for the compressors.Experimental comparisons confirmed that the application of the cluster control strategy improved the operational stability of the low-temperature glycol unit group.The variation in chilled water temperature is optimized from±14℃to±8℃,and the environment temperature fluctuation is optimized from±5℃to±0.3℃.关键词
