Abstract
In this study,the condensation issue in the reagent storage module of fully automated biochemical analyzers is systematically investigated and resolved through a combined approach of theoretical analysis and experimental testing.Emphasis is placed on analyzing the effects of insulation material properties,insulation thickness,sealing structure and active heating measures on the suppression of condensation.The results indicated that the implementation of measures such as replacing with Frox insulation foam with low thermal conductivity,increasing insulation thickness,adding foam strips and silicone rubber seals at gaps,and applying new thermal insulation coatings could raise the temperature in edge areas by 1-3℃.Local application of polyimide heating films is shown to control internal refrigeration temperature fluctuations within±0.5℃,while the local external surface temperature is increased by 1.5℃.Through these passive insulation and active temperature control strategies,the external surface temperature of the unit is increased by 1-3℃,significantly reducing the risk of condensation formation.关键词
