摘要

Abstract

The height of Sorghum bicolor plants is a key agronomic trait that affects its resistance to lodging and the efficiency of mechanized harvesting.To understand its genetic basis,a 235 recombinant inbred line(RIL)population constructed by the dwarf variety Henong16 and the tall wine Sorghum bicolor Hongyinzi was used as the material.Using whole-genome resequencing technology,a high-density genetic map contai-ning 2 822 Bin markers was constructed,with an average map distance of 0.87 cM.Through phenotypic iden-tification at 4 points over 2 years,18 height-related QTLs were detected on chromosomes 1,3,4,5,6,7,and 9.Among them,6 QTLs were stable in at least 2 environments,with qPH9.1 having the highest contri-bution rate of 38.89%.Co-localization analysis indicated that qPH7.1 and qPH9.1 overlapped or were closely linked to the known major-effect genes Dw3 and Dw1,respectively.Additionally,6 new candidate genes were predicted within the remaining stable QTL intervals,such as SbiHYZ.01G060500 homologous to rice casein kinase CKI and SbiHYZ.03G385400 homologous to bZIP transcription factor OsABF1.These genes were mainly involved in hormone signaling pathways such as gibberellin and the regulation of growth period.
