复方菌草灵芝保健茶超声辅助水提工艺优化及其免疫调节功能评价
Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted water extraction process of compound Juncao Ganoderma lucidum health tea and its immunomodulation function evaluation

Abstract
Single factor and orthogonal experiments were used to optimize the water extraction process,with the extract rate and polysaccharide content as the indexes for comprehensive evaluation.The main components of the dry extract powder of FJLBC were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.Four indicators including the immune organ index were used to investigate the regulatory effect of FJLBC on the immune function of mice.The results showed that the best ultrasonic-assisted water extraction process for FJLBC was that the ratio of raw material to distilled water was 1∶25(g·mL-1),immersion time was 4 h,extraction temperature was 80℃,extraction time was 2.5 h,and number of extractions were 2.Infrared spectroscopy analysis showed that the dry extract powder of FJLBC contained polysaccharides,tea polyphenols and flavonoids,and the contents of which were 182.0,135.8 and 17.4 mg·g-1,respectively.The low-dose group(4.065 g·kg-1·d-1)and middle-dose group(8.13 g·kg-1·d-1)FJLBC could significantly improve mouse spleen and thymus indexes.The low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups(16.26 g·kg-1·d-1)FJLBC could in different degrees increase the levels of cytokines IL-10,IL-2 and INF-γ in mice.The low-dose FJLBC could significantly increase the number of hemolytic plaques,increase the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of chicken red blood cells by macrophages,and promote the proliferation and differentiation of lymphocytes in mouse spleen and thymus,and thus increase the number of antibody-forming cells,enhance the phagocytic function of macrophages,and increase the immunomodulation function of mice.The best formula of each portion of FJLBC health tea was screened as follows:38.4 g Juncao Ganoderma lucidum,12.6 g selenium-enriched tea and 1.26 g perilla.关键词
