Mineralization Conditions and Prospecting Direction of Porphyry Copper-Gold Deposits in the Longtoushan Area,Lujiang County,Anhui Province
摘要
Abstract
The Longtoushan area is situated at the northern margin of the Lu-Zong volcanic rock basin within the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River metallogenic belt.Its metallogenic process is closely linked to tectonic-magmatic activities occurring against the backdrop of Early Cretaceous lithospheric extension.The ore bodies are primarily hosted in quartz diorite porphyry intruded along the core of a NE-trending duplex anticline and are strictly controlled by NE-trending main structural faults.The deposit exhibits typical alteration zoning characteristics of porphyry deposits,with potassiumization,quartz-sericite and propylitization zones sequentially developing from the ore center toward the periphery.The ore predominantly occurs as veinlet-disseminated structures.Based on copper-gold ore prospecting results from the Longtoushan area in Lujiang County,along with geological data and related studies from the Shaxi porphyry copper-gold deposit,this paper systematically elucidates the geological characteristics of porphyry copper-gold ore bodies in the Longtoushan area,deeply analyzes their metallogenic process and controlling factors,and proposes the further exploration direction.关键词
