论《黄帝内经》五运六气理论临床应用策略
Clinical application strategies of the Five Circuits and Six Qi Theory in Huang Di Nei Jing

Abstract
The theory of Five Circuits and Six Qi(hereinafter referred to as Yunqi)elucidates the laws governing the cyclical changes of heaven and earth,as well as their impacts on terrestrial qi transformation,climate,and human life activities.Its internal relationships are characterized by multiplicity and complexity.Based on the Seven Discourses on Manifestations of the Circuits and Qi from the Plain Questions,this paper posits that the general principle for analyzing pathomechanisms based on this theory is to"investigate what is present,seek what is absent;hold accountable what is excessive,hold accountable what is deficient;always prioritize the dominance of the Five Phases".The specific dimensions of the clinical application of the theory include:grasping the timing to examine mechanisms and correlating annual circuits and solar term transitions with pathogenic qi;observing the season to treat pestilence and managing epidemics by adapting to qi variations;determining prescriptions based on constitutional Yunqi endowment for congenital diseases;tracing the Yunqi at the time of onset for intractable and chronic ailments;and adhering to the rules of root and branch transformation regarding the normal and anomalous changes of Yunqi.In clinical practice,the thirty-six prescriptions from Sanyin Sitian Fang(Three Causes Heaven-Ruling Formula)are frequently selected for application.关键词
