基于五维辨治理论解读乙巳岁运气方药的应用策略
Interpretation of the application strategy of Circuit-Qi Formulas and medicinals for the Yi-Si year based on the five-dimensional pattern differentiation and treatment theory

Abstract
The Theory of Circuit-Qi is the core model of the Heaven-Human Unity concept.Different Circuit-Qi conditions give rise to distinct formula patterns.The Six Yi Years are characterized by insufficient Metal Qi(Congge phase),individuals born in Yi years often have a constitutional tendency toward lung deficiency and heart-fire excess.They are more prone to lung/heart disorders in such years,where Ziyuan Decoction(Aster Decoction)may be used.In the Si-Hai Years,when jueyin and shaoyang governs,the corresponding pattern in the body involves hyperactive liver qi,reckless ministerial fire,impaired lung descent,and spleen deficiency with dampness.This leads to internal conflict among wind,fire,and dampness,causing symptoms like chest pain,heartache,dizziness,tinnitus,cold diarrhea,and abdominal distension.Fuhe Decoction(Harmonizing and Spreading Decoction)is suitable for regulation.For clinical practice in a Yi-Si Year,Circuit-Qi-targeted medicinals and herb pairs,such as Ziwan(Asteris Radix),Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba),Mugua(Chaenomelis Fructus)-Shanzhuyu(Corni Fructus)can be combined.Clinical cases are presented to illustrate the application of Yi-Si Year Circuit-Qi Formulas based on the theory of five-dimensional differentiation and treatment.关键词
