凉血祛湿止痒汤联合复方紫草油治疗血热湿蕴证特应性皮炎疗效观察
Efficacy of Liangxue Qushi Zhiyang Decoction combined with Compound Zicao Oil for atopic dermatitis with blood-heat dampness accumula-tion pattern

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Qushi Zhiyang Decoction(Cooling Blood,Removing Dampness,and Relieving Itching Decoction,LXQSZYT)combined with Compound Zicao Oil(Compound Arnebia Oil)on patients with blood-heat dampness accumulation pattern atopic dermatitis(AD)in the flaring stage.Methods A total of 70 patients with blood-heat dampness accumulation pattern during AD flare-ups were enrolled in the study,treated at the dermatology outpatient clinics of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Third Affiliated Hospital from June 2021 to March 2023.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group received LXQSZYT orally,the control group received loratadine tablets orally,both groups were treated with boric acid lotion wet compresses and topical Compound Zicao Oil.Efficacy was evaluated using Scoring Atopic Dermatitis(SCORAD)and score changes in Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)were observed.The treatment lasted for 3 weeks.Results After treatment,the scores of SCORAD,EASI and HADS decreased in both groups compared with the pre-treatment period(P<0.01),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).The overall effective rate in observation group(88.2%)was superior to that in control group(63.6%)according to SCORAD(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate of the observation group(21.1%)was lower than that of the control group(75.0%)after 1 month of follow-up(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in both groups.Conclusion LXQSZYT combined with Compound Zicao Oil has significant efficacy in treating AD with blood-heat dampness accumulation pattern,which can improve the symptoms of skin lesions,relieve itching,insomnia,and anxiety and depression,and it is safe with a low recurrence rate.关键词
