从"除因固本"分阶段论治持续性肿瘤化疗相关血小板减少症
Phased treatment of persistent chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia based on the principle of"eliminating the causes and consolidating the root"
摘要
Abstract
Chemotherapy-related thrombocytopenia(CIT)is a common complication in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Xue Zheng Lun(Treatise on Blood Disorders)proposes four blood treatment method:"stopping bleeding, resolving stasis, calming blood, and replenishing deficiency".Specifically,"stopping bleeding"addresses the symptom of heat pathogen forcing blood,"resolving stasis"targets the pathology of blood stasis obstructing collaterals, while"calming blood"and"replenishing deficiency"align with the fundamental deficiency treatment of spleen-kidney deficiency and spleen's failure to regulate blood.Based on this, the principle of"eliminating causes and consolidating the root"is proposed,with"heat-toxin and blood stasis"as causes and"qi movement and yin-yang"as fundamentals. The early stage of persistent CIT involves heat forcing nutritive blood and toxin invading bone marrow;the middle stage involves liver failing to govern dispersion and qi stagnation with blood stasis;the late stage involves spleen-kidney deficiency and insufficiency in the source of qi and blood.Early treatment focuses on clearing method,mid-stage on resolving method, and late-stage on replenishing method.Clinical cases are illustrated to demonstrate the phased treatment of persistent tumor CIT through the"eliminating causes and consolidating the root"approach.关键词
