补中益气汤在肺癌治疗中的应用体会
Application experience of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer
摘要
Abstract
Lung cancer belongs to jiju(accumulation-gathering),feiji(lung accumulation),and xiben(dyspneic fullness)in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Our team believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer are closely related to the lung and spleen.In the early stages of lung cancer,deficiency of the lung and spleen is often the underlying cause,and common treatments for lung cancer can harm both the lung and spleen.In clinical practice,the Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Decoction)is used to treat lung cancer patients with spleen and lung qi deficiency as the primary pattern.Combined prescriptions are selected to address the symptoms by warming phlegm-dampness,eliminating phlegm-dampness,resolving phlegm-stasis,clearing phlegm-heat,and eliminating toxins.Treatment is tailored to the disease stage,with flexible adjustments based on individual symptoms.Combined with clinical cases,the application experience of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer is elaborated.关键词
