从"土壅木郁,精浊逆化"理论探讨加味茱萸丸治疗高脂血症的理论机制及现代药理基础
Exploring Traditional Chinese Medicine Theoretical Mechanisms of Jiawei Zhuyu Pill in Treating Hyperlipidemia Based on the"Earth Congestion and Wood Stagnation with Reverse Transformation of Turbid Essence"Theory
摘要
Abstract
Based on the correspondence between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theories of"Fat turbidity"(Gao Zhuo)and"Blood turbidity"(Xue Zhuo)and the pathology of hyperlipidemia,this paper proposes the core pathogenesis:"Earth Congestion and Wood Stagnation(Tu Yong Mu Yu),with turbid essence undergoing reverse transformation."Dietary accumulation and damp obstruc-tion lead to"Earth Congestion"(Soil Stagnation),triggering Qi stagnation,mixture of clear and turbid substances,and emotional"depression"(Yu).This subsequently obstructs the Liver's dredging function.Liver depression causes abnormal transformation of nu-trients,which then combines with phlegm-dampness and stasis-heat to form a viscous,foul,and toxic"turbid Essence"(Zhuo Jing).This pathogenic substance follows disordered Qi movement to cause disease.To address this pathogenesis,the study developed the compound Baizhu Jiawei Zhuyu Pill(Atractylodes-Coptis-Evodia Pill)by adding Baizhu(White Atractylodes Rhizome),Shanzha(Hawthorn),and Laifuzi(Radish seed)to the foundational Evodia Pill.The formula employs:Baizhu(Monarch Herb)to unblock the intestines,fortify the spleen,and break"Earth Congestion";Huanglian(Coptis)and Wuzhuyu(Evodia,Assistant Herbs)to regulate liver-spleen Qi dynamics;Shanzha and Laifuzi(Courier Herbs)to invigorate blood,dissipate stasis,downbear Qi,and free the Fu organs.Collectively,providing an innovative treatment protocol for HLP prevention that integrates TCM and Western medical character-istics.关键词
