陈潮祖"膜腠三焦"理论在慢性荨麻疹中的治疗思路及临床运用
Therapeutic Strategy and Clinical Practice of Chen Chaozu's"Membranous San-Jiao"Theory in Chronic Urticaria

Abstract
Chronic urticaria(CU)is a common dermatological condition characterized by recurrent episodes and prolonged duration,significantly impairing patients' quality of life.Based on classical texts such as the Huangdi Neijing and the Nanjing,as well as mod-ern San-Jiao theories from scholars like Zhang Xichun and Tang Rongchuan,Professor Chen Chaozu proposed the"Membranous San-Jiao"theory.This theory defines the San-Jiao as a system composed of the Membrane Source(膜原)and the Cutaneous Interstices(腠理),forming a crucial network for the movement and transformation of Qi and body fluids.It also highlights this system as a key site for the concealment of external wind pathogens and stagnation of defensive Qi.Based on this theoretical framework,the paper ana-lyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic urticaria,establishes the treatment principle of"relaxing spasms as the priority,regula-ting Qi as the pivot,and supporting Zheng Qi as the foundation,"and selects the classical formula Xiaofeng San from the Taiping Huimin Heji Ju Fang as the principal prescription.Guided by syndrome differentiation,the study elaborates on four clinical patterns—Qi stagnation with fluid congealment,damp-heat binding,Qi and blood deficiency,and Yang deficiency with internal cold—demon-strating the therapeutic strategy and clinical value of the Membranous San-Jiao theory in the treatment of chronic urticaria.关键词
