不同基原大黄药材的化学成分比较研究
Comparative Study on Chemical Compositions of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma Medicinal Materials from Different Original Plants

Abstract
Objective:Establish the fingerprinting and content determination methods for Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different original plants,and compare the chemical components of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma medicinal materials from different original plants.Methods:the UPLC was used to establish the fingerprint spectra of 15 batches of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma and determine the contents of 11 chemi-cal components.Similarity evaluation,HCA,PCA and OPLS-DA were carried out to conduct a comprehensive quality evaluation of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma.Results:The fingerprint spectra of 15 batches of Rheum officinale Baill.were established,with a total of 22 common peaks calibrated and 11 chemical components identified.The similarity among different batches of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma ranged from 0.712 to 0.941.HCA and OPLS-DA analysis divided Rhei Radix et Rhizoma into two categories,with Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.being one category,and Rheum palmatum L.and Rheum officinale Baill.being the other category.OPLS-DA analy-sis screened out 12 differential components according to the VIP value>1.PCA analysis extracted 4 principal components,with the cumulative variance contribution rate reaching 89.280%.Conclusion:The established UPLC fingerprinting method for Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different original plants and the content determination method for 11 components are simple and reliable,providing a ref-erence for the quality control evaluation of Rhei Radix et Rhizoma from different original plants.关键词
