基于磁共振评价金匮肾气丸汤方治疗变应性鼻炎疗效研究
Evaluation of Therapeutic Effect of Jingui Shenqi Pills Decoction on Allergic Rhinitis Based on MRI

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jingui Shenqi Pills decoction in the treatment of allergic rhinitis with deficien-cy of Kidney Yang,and to explore the use of MRI to evaluate the treatment effect.Methods:From January 2022 to December 2022,fifty patients with allergic rhinitis of the Kidney-Yang deficiency type admitted to the department of otorhinolaryngology of the affiliated hospital of chengdu university of traditional chinese medicine were selected and divided into a test group and a control group according to the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The test group was given Jingui Shenqi Pills decoction,and the con-trol group was given Mometasone Furoate Aqueous Nasal Spray combined with Ebastine tablets.The treatment course of both groups was 3 weeks.RQLQ score,TCM syndrome scale score and MRI nasal examination results of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.Compared with the pre-treatment period,the scores of the RQLQ scales were significantly lower in both groups after treatment(P＜0.01);the difference between the test and control group in reducing the RQLQ scores was not statistically signifi-cant(P＞0.05).2.Compared with the pre-treatment period,the total scores of the self-proposed TCM symptom scale decreased in both groups after treatment(P＜0.01),and the test group was more effective than the control group in improving the symptoms of the Kidney-Yang deficiency type of AR patients(P＜0.05).3.Compared with the pre-treatment period,MRI nasal signs improved in both groups after treatment(P＜0.05);however,there was no statistically significant difference between the test group and the control group(P＞0.05).4.The total effective rate was compared,the total effective rate of the test group was 92％,and the total effective rate of the control group was 96％,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusions:1.Both the Jingui Shenqi Pills decoction and western medicine can effectively treat allergic rhinitis of the Kidney-Yang deficiency.They can improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life,and nasal signs of the patients.However,the test group was more effective in improving overall symptoms,nasal congestion symptoms and TCM symptoms.2.The superior role of using MRI to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medi-cine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is not obvious and needs further study.关键词
