芪丹益肺通窍颗粒治疗气虚血瘀型鼻鼽及其伴随睡眠障碍、焦虑抑郁情绪的临床疗效及机制初探
A Preliminary Exploration of Clinical Efficacy and Mechanism of Qidan Yifei Tongqiao Granules in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis of Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type and Its Accompanying Sleep Disorders,Anxiety and Depressive Emotions

Abstract
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of Qidan Yifei Tongqiao Granules(QDYFTQ)on perennial persistent allergic rhinitis(AR)and its accompanying diseases such as sleep disorders,anxiety and depression,as well as related serological indexes.Methods:A randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled,parallel-group study method was adopted.Ninety patients diagnosed with perennial persistent allergic rhinitis who visited the Department of Otolaryngology of our hospital from June 2024 to December 2024 were recruited.They were divided into a treatment group and a placebo group.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and a 4-week follow-up was conducted.The total effective rate of symptom score improvement,the total nasal symptom score(TNSS),the total ocular symptom score(TOSS),the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score(TCMSSS),the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and the contents of serum IL-4,IL-6,IFN-γ,and 5-HT detected by ELISA were used as e-valuation indexes.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and during the follow-up,the average scores of nasal congestion,rhinorrhea,and the total average score of TNSS in the treatment group were lower than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment and during the follow-up,the average scores of nasal itching and sneezing in the treatment group were lower than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference in the subscale scores and the total score of TOSS between the two groups(P＞0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,4 weeks of treatment,and during the follow-up,the total score of TOSS in the treatment group was lower than that in the placebo group(P＜0.05);before treatment,after 2 weeks of treatment,and after 4 weeks of treatment,there was no obvious change in the total scores of TCMSSS,PSQI,and HADS in the placebo group(P＞0.05),while the total scores of TCMSSS,PSQI,and HADS in the treatment group gradually decreased,and the total scores of TCMSSS,PSQI,and HADS in the treatment group were all lower than those in the placebo group(P＜0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-4,IL-6,and 5-HT in the serum of the treatment group decreased(P＜0.05),and the level of IFN-γ in-creased(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qidan Yifei Tongqiao Granules can improve the clinical symptoms of AR patients,relieve anxiety and depression,and improve sleep quality.This may be achieved by regulating the Th1/Th2 balance and regulating IL-4,IL-6,5-HT,and IFN-γ.This experiment can provide new methods and ideas for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and its accompanying sleep disor-ders,anxiety,and depression.关键词
