葛根及其活性成分治疗代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病的研究进展
Research Progress on Puerariae Radix and Its Active Components in Treating Metabolic Dysfunction-associated Steatotic Liv-er Disease

Abstract
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease represents a chronic hepatic disorder closely associated with meta-bolic dysfunction,for which effective therapies covering the entire disease spectrum remain lacking globally.As a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,Puerariae Radix possesses multi-target regulatory advantages through its active constituents,capable of both directly protecting hepatocytes and exerting indirect systemic modulation via pathways such as the gut-liver axis.This review systematically out-lines the chemical constituents and pharmacokinetic characteristics of Puerariae Radix,focusing on its direct and indirect pharmacologi-cal mechanisms for intervening in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease alongside clinical evidence.It aims to provide theoretical foundations and pathway references for the in-depth development and clinical application of Puerariae Radix.关键词
